These photos are of a recent project in Woking (Surrey) where the design brief was to secure planning and building regulations approval for the design of a pair of 5 bedroom detached dwellings following the demolition of a large bungalow. These stunning high-spec dwellings sit harmoniously on a much sought after road and were snapped up almost immediately when marketed. The design of these beautiful dwellings took into consideration current modern living arrangements for large families by designing a large open plan area at the back of the dwelling where families can relax and eat comfortably together.
The was one of many projects we have undertaken for this client and we look forward to working closely again in the future on another exciting project. The client is extremely pleased with how this project turned out and we would like to thank the Local Authority planning department for working closely with us to ensure we delivered a pair of dwellings that enhanced the street scene.
